I bought 6 x 1.2 Driveway Guru Ramps as the road drainage tray had dropped to the point my cars were scrapping when driving on the crossover. The ramps are durable, easy to install, well priced and a fantastic alternative to an extremely expensive driveway replacement. I cannot recommend eSafety Supplies enough. After there were some issues with the courier service (no fault of eSafety Supplies), Angel from eSafety Supplies was superb at rectifying the problems immediately and the ramps were delivery within hours. Thank you so much and I will definitely be using eSafety Supplies again.

My entire experience was done Via Phone Call, and the customer service I received was exceptional, the lady on the phone (I believe her name is Mel) she was fantastic, very understanding and straight to the point and was very well spoken and respectful and could definitely say would look at purchasing more products just because of the way she dealt with me as a customer,

Fantastic experience with the eSafety team. A team member gave up his parking spot for me to park, Angel is truely an angel , awesome customer service and the gentleman loaded my purchases in my car. I ordered a size Large yellow rain coat from this outfit. It wasn't a Large by any stretch of the imagination. It was a Sml/Med despite being labeled Large. It didn't fit me. They refused to refund my costs and took no responsibility for the tiny size. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. Addit: I feel that my forking out for the coat and the postage, and then being asked to return it, and to remove this review before any compensation was given, wasn't particularly fair. It's all been very inconvenient due to no fault of my own. The coat is not an Australian 'Large'. It's an Asian Large. Beware.

Great product and price, BUT........ It's Very Hard to get a tax invoice from this mob, had to chase them for 2 days the first time, and now I'm still waiting for them to supply the second one, it's not a Staff problem, it's their shabby accounting software that's the issue. JUST FIX OR CHANGE IT SO you are legally compliant just like (almost) every other Australian business that provides a Tax Invoice at POS. This will definitely be costing you sales if not rectified.

We’re a small Complex who required a number of signs to meet current Strata Safety requirements.
eSafety Supplies provided everything from Standard signage to Customised material without fuss, at an acceptable price and very promptly.
Their Admin staff (Angel in particular) were professional, polite and knowledgeable making for a very satisfactory outcome.
