The customer service I received was truly exceptional. Not only did they generously offer the community a free day of service checks, but they also went above and beyond by providing complimentary coffee from a local cafe. Their transparency throughout the entire service made me feel comfortable and confident that I was not being taken advantage of simply because I am a woman. Zoi was an absolute pleasure to converse with, and the mechanics were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this establishment; they are undoubtedly the best in Griffith.

Review part 1: whilst travelling from Adelaide to the Gold Coast in our 2012 Audi Q3 TDI, we realised we were losing a lot of oil and the car was sounding terrible and eventually broke down at Goolgowi NSW.

The only garage that was prepared to take us in was Go Automotive and Performance, Guy and his team could not have been kinder and more supportive of our dilemma, although he was already booked up with other work, he agreed to take our Audi in to get us back in the road for when we return on Friday 11th of October.

He then had one of his team take us to the local regional airport so we could pick up a hire car from Avis, since leaving the car with him, he has ordered the required injectors and seals from Sydney keeping us updated all the way via text and video message.

His care and consideration to our situation were nothing other than outstanding, it was like being looked after by a family member, our car is being repaired today Friday the 4th of October, all this after every lother garage in the area would not help us.

I would recommend Guy and Gus team at Go Automotive and Performance in a heart beat, without doubt the best customer care I’ve ever received.

Guy from GO Automotive and Performance absolutely saved me after I hit a kangaroo in the early hours of a Saturday morning. He came down to the shop on his daughters birthday and assessed the damage to my car that was unable to move. He hoisted up the car and found a nice big hole in the fuel tank. Guy did the call around to find a fuel tank quickly and his service was unreal. Definitely the most honest and reliable person I know from Griffith.
