18/05/24 I asked my friend to help me get a replacement for the pressure washer because I was in Melbourne and there was water leakage from the pump. The manager refused to replace it, so I called Customer Service at Supercheap. They said I could get a replacement because it had only been a month. I tried to call the Griffith store, but the manager said she wasn't going to talk to me because I had left my rubbish there. The pressure washer became rubbish after a couple of weeks. I hope someone teaches her good lessons and how to talk to customers without checking their nationality!!!!

Called Griffith store to ask for a fan belt gave them the size to April I was told there was one on the computer but couldn't be sure there was on on the shelf. I asked if she could check as it was a 110km round trip. April told me she could not check as she was at the front counter and would not be leaving to check. I asked if someone else could check and was told that everyone one was busy and they would check when they got around to it. I asked what time they closed and it was 5, when I told April that I need to drive 55km to get there and it was 4pm I needed to know asap if I was to to there on time. I called back several times and got the same person and the same answers. I finally just got in the car and started driving I finally got onto another person (finally) and he confirmed that the belt was there I told him I was on my way and I would be there right on 5pm he said they would wait till 505 at 456 I called the store again and spoke to thr same guy and told him I was just around the corner again he said he would waiting pulled up at the store at 503 to find the front door locked I knocked on the door no answer. I could see the belt on the counter. I could see they were still in the store I waited until they came to the door to leave and begged them to let me pay cash for the belt so I could get my wife's car going but April told me now go make a complaint (I have made complaints before fore the lack of customer service at this store) this was absolutely disgusting on there behalf to get someone to drive 110km round trip just not to shut the door on them. This store needs to do better seems to be going down hill with this management hope head office can step in and turn the store back to the was it used to be. Until then I will not be back and I'll be telling everyone I know not to go there either.

The young woman at the front desk immediately caught my eye and asked how I was going and if I was looking for anything in particular.

What fantastic service we received from this store. We went in and bought a new Gps. When we took the old one out we found a reset button so didn't need a new one. There was no hesitation in a refund,the staff were wonderful and so pleasant. Top quality service 👍👍
