The service manager is so rude and unprofessional.

After the first capped service car was not working with the cruise control, it was going to left while driving.

Rung them straight away and told them the issue, they said can have a look when we are back in town ( we were driving to Sydney when we realised this issue).

When we were back they were fully booked, so we asked we can go somewhere else but if the issue is not the wheel alignment they have to fix the issue and pay for the wheel alignment.

Service manger said they can’t take the responsibility of someone else’s work, but this issue happened right after the service.
They can’t even take the responsibility of their own work.

We had an issue with our Mazda car after the service, they fixed the issue and didn’t charge us anything because it happened after the service.
So I guess Mazda is doing a better job than Toyota.

They told us it could be wheel alignment, it’s going to be $115.

Right after the service I have to pay them again because they didn’t take any responsibility that it happened after the service.

But it’s not just about paying them
My car’s tyres are worn about 60% because of this, car only has 15k on it. Service manger said this type of warranty works only till 5k.

It’s not the first issue before this boot was touching the bumper, it scratched the bumper.
They fixed the issue but need to paint the scratches, they didn’t have the paint when they fixed the boot.
Told us they will ring us back when they have the paint, it’s been 3 months no one has contacted me for this.

For a brand new car we have been to Toyota 5 times already.

I feel like I bought a second hand car because I have to visit them again and again.

I won’t be buying Toyota again because they don’t know how to look after their costumers.

Toyota do better 😡

Wow I’ve just been to Owen’s Toyota and would have to say my experience from walking in the door was pleasant staff very friendly and easy to talk to but my interaction with Hannalee made my day she walked me through the process and kept me informed all the way. A friend told me about him that he was absolutely amazing. It's an Understatement he exceeded my expectations. We took so long to make a decision but he was very supportive and went beyond his duty to help us out .
Teaming up with Alex Ankic was the best move they both deserve massive praises. We received our dream car yesterday because they went above and beyond for us .

We Couldn't be more disappointed with the manager of the service team at Owen Toyota. Unprofessional and rude about a serious issue with our car. We were very happy with the sales team but now we wouldn't recommend this dealership due to the lack of care from the service department.

My car broke down Saturday morning and towed to Owen Toyota. Even though the service centre was about to close, Brett made sure all was in order, his calming and helpful, friendly attitude, made this anxious experience a lot calmer. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Toyota's repair service for my Land Cruiser 200 Series, and I couldn't be more impressed with the staff of Owen’s Toyota in Griffith. From start to finish, the process was seamless and truly exceeded my expectations. I had issues with vehicle some distance away. I had the pleasure of speaking with Chris from the service section. He was so helpful to me and made room for me to travel to Griffith the next day to troubleshoot my problem and repair any issues.
Upon arrival at the dealership, I was greeted warmly and promptly attended to by Chris, one of the service team members. Chris took the time to listen to my concerns and arranged for the team to inspect my vehicle. His transparency and professionalism were commendable, making me feel confident that my Land Cruiser was in capable hands. Parts had to be delivered from Sydney overnight. Chris and the owner arranged for me to park my caravan and allowed me and my wife to stay in the van overnight. They even offered me power hook up if I needed it and showers if required.
They even offered me free transport into town as and when required. I did this twice. The staff who delivered me we very pleasant and courteous and nothing was an issue.
The repair itself was executed flawlessly. The technicians demonstrated exceptional expertise and attention to detail, ensuring that every issue was addressed comprehensively. Chris kept me informed throughout the process, providing updates and explaining the work being done. This level of communication was incredibly reassuring.
What stood out the most was the efficiency of the entire operation. Despite the complexity of the repair, the turnaround time was remarkably quick, allowing me to get back on the road sooner than expected. Additionally, the dealership provided a comfortable waiting area with coffee, tea and biscuits.
Toyota's commitment to customer satisfaction was evident at every step. My Land Cruiser now runs flawlessly, and I have complete peace of mind knowing that the repair was carried out to the highest standards. Chris's exceptional service has reinforced my trust in Toyota and their dedication to quality and service excellence. I wholeheartedly recommend their repair service to any Land Cruiser owner.
Even though my car was out of warranty, Toyota came to the party and supplied all parts under warranty.
I would like to thank Owen’s Toyota and all the staff involved in the process of getting my vehicle repaired and back on the road.
My wife and I can now continue on our holiday as planned.
