Visited shaver shop on Saturday, the girl would never was absolutely useless. She had no idea about the products. Had to come back on Sunday and it’s not open at 10 am as stated, the staff member turned up late at 10: 08 am as I’m writing this review.

I purchased a Multi-Shaver here a couple of months ago - yet realised upon use it was not suitable for all of my needs.

I wish to extend my gratitude to Toma and Jerome who assisted me yesterday in store at the Shaver Shop, Casuarina Shopping Center. We were under trying conditions of poor quality Wi-Fi in the complex and these two bent over backwards to assist me after learning I lived an hour out of town.
You took a lot of stress out of the visit for a product that wasn’t up to the mark. You were able to validate my purchase earlier in the month and were polite and professional in your service delivery. Hence I had no hesitation in updating my purchase item at the visit. I wanted to buy a Phillips or a brown machine but they convinced me this product is much better. I never liked it. I used it only about 50 times and the blade was broken already. I have wasted 130$. However the third time I was there they met my needs. I wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone (Wahl)

This store has simply the best customer service ..l went there today to return a faulty product, not only did they give me credit for the product, but discounted a better quality product so I did not have to pay anything extra…nothing was a problem, courteous and thoughtful staff…
