I ordered a fridge and washing machine from Harvey Norman in November, but the experience was frustrating. After months of delays, I requested a refund for the fridge—only for them to suddenly find one. Worse, I later discovered they never even placed my washing machine order. The lack of communication and mismanagement was incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this store based on my experience, and I hope they improve their processes to prevent similar issues for other customers.

If you want to shop at Harvey Norman Ayr, make a day of it and go to Townsville. The store has dropped alot in the last couple of years.

The computer store is great, they always have lots of stock and variety, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and go out of their way to help. The electronics section, although we've only been a few times, has always had what we needed, and at reasonable prices, especially considering we saved a trip to Townsville. Excellent.

Really great service and value for money, definitely pays to shop local . Our recent purchases have been a L G Fridge (gorgeous black very sleek and modern) we got a great deal. Last week we bought an Omega Induction cook top , amazing deal couldn't believe the price we received a set of Jamie Oliver pots for free. The pot set was worth more than the cook top, so happy with the products and the service of this local store
