Brisbane travellers returning from the tip when at 3:30pm on a Sunday afternoon our camper trailer does a wheel bearing an hour out from Ayr and we were almost out of luck until Amanda from SCA Ayr answered the phone. This angel of a woman offered to hang back with our online order of replacement parts after close. This sort of above and beyond customer service was great to see. Amanda was polite as we rocked up later than expected well after close Sunday. A+ 11/10 for professionalism and customer service!

21 Sept 2024 I visited the Ayr shop while on route to Bowen and had a very pleasant customer service experience. On entering the store a female agent with brown hair demonstrated a fantastic knowledge of the stores products and where they were located. Once I had my product (DEGREASER) I realised I needed a sprayer. Another female agent with fair hair at the service desk was prompt to offer professional advice to ensure that I purchased the correct product 👍. Her customer service skills were top shelf so well done Ayr. I didn't get your names as I was wearing my driving glasses lol 🙃
