Racist.

The male employee with medium length brown hair, glasses and tattoos on his arm is a racist.

I walked into the store and he flat out ignored me and didn’t greet me in any way. There were no other customers in the store so there is no excuse that he was busy.

Some caucasian customers walked in AFTER I did and he greeted them and offered help instantly. Even when he was standing there doing nothing afterwards and I made direct eye contact with him, he ignored me.

After a while the lady behind the counter noticed the guy was ignoring me and stepped out to help me instead. She was fantastic and managed to help me with everything I needed.

However the guy’s attitude is completely inexcusable. He is undeniably racist, and quite frankly any store that hires him is complicit.

Store management needs to do something about him. I am never coming back here again.

Very friendly staff, always ready to help and go beyond. Pricing wise, the membership discount is good, but the staff make the store. Honestly the only reason I shop here is because of how well the staff treat the customers. Thank you very much guys. P.

Couldn't get past the crazy over active website. Ads that override my browsing are enough to make me leave this place and go the other big work wear provider. I just want to look for what I need then go get it. Bummer!

I would like to say a big thank you to Tara and (Michael?) They were truly helpful, with excellent customer service and great product knowledge. I arrived with 5mins to shop, at no time was I pressured to decide quickly and leave because if closing time.I left feeling very confident with my purchase and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I now have very happy feet, thank you again. 10/10.

Have moved into the area recently and needed a few various safety items. Always been met at the store with a smile and a helpful attitude to find what I'm looking for. Recently bought a pair of shorts that have fallen apart from seam stitch, but when speaking to them was able to get a full refund/exchange.

Highly recommended.
