Worse customer service I have ever come across. This company will do anything to weasel their way out of warranty. Highly recommend finding another manufacturer if you are looking for a treatment plant.

I spoke to Travis at your office initially who said the pump would be replaced under warranty as the unit had not been commissioned yet (due to long covid delays on the build).
Michael at Think Water Hastings then took over the conversation as it was purchased through them.

Best advanced secondary treatment plant on the market. Low power consumption and a very compact system. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Definitely ahead of all other brands in their engineering. 11/10 it is for me

Got verbally abused by one of there employees on the freeway. Of every car passing me as i tried to get out of the fast lane. He was the only one to slow down to the speed limit to verbally blast me.
Not a good representation of your business.

Terrific systems. they are light years in front of the opposition. All you have to do is to lift the lid and look at the difference. These things do more than just stir up the waste, which is all that the others do.
