Kim and I would like to thank Blair from the Helensvale store. His service and knowledge of his products was second to none. From deposit to delivery in less than 10 days. Other stores were at least 45 days for an inferior product. We would highly recommend the Helensvale store and once again a massive shout out to Blair for his wonderful service

We bought another Truemotion Long Single Adjustable Bed from Beds R Us Helensvale. We already purchased two of these a few years ago from Beds R Us., Pushed together they make a super King Sized bed. We have been thoroughly delighted with the beds and mattresses. Plus their after- sales service is wonderful. Veronica just couldn't be more helpful. So, naturally, she was our go-to person for the new bed. Delivery and assembly was super quick and efficient. The delivery guys were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They had it assembled and ready to use within 15-20 minutes. We both thoroughly recommend Beds R Us at Helensvale and Tweed Heads for a great selection of really comfy beds. Plus - do yourself a favour and go for an adjustable one with a luxury plush mattress.

Absolutely hands down had the best customer service experience from Melissa! (make sure you ask for her when visiting here). She is extremely knowledgeable, approachable and super friendly! As both my partner and I have previously worked in sales we were highly impressed and she had us sold almost instantly on the most amazing bed we’ve ever come across. She was able to tailor and work around our every want, need and more! She was even able to give us the best deal compared to every single other bed store we visited, the customer service and deals here are unbeatable!
