Hitch Campers really do treat their customers like family. Well-considered advice during the purchasing stage and frequent updates throughout the build made the process a pleasure. Their stellar, second-to-none after-sales support is almost better than the product itself! The Canning was clearly tried and tested extensively in development. The solid build, attention to detail and "the little things" were what sealed the deal for me.

Well what can I say.... From the first time meeting the team at a show in November 2024, to picking up our Canning in the Gold Coast in February 2025, to towing the camper back home over 5000km. It's been such a fantastic experience. Great communication every step of the way, heaps of photos during the build. Top notch customer service, before and after sale.
The Canning is a great little pod style camper, light weight, incredibly easy to tow. Perfect for overnight stops or longer stays. Unhitch, or dont, setup, or don't. Whatever we choose, it's so easy in the Canning.

We recently purchased a Hitch Canning, and it has exceeded all of our expectations. First and foremost, it's incredibly easy to tow, making it a dream to navigate on the road. Whether you're a seasoned traveller or new to caravanning, this feature takes all the stress out of moving from one destination to another.

The fantastic kitchen is a true standout. It's thoughtfully designed with everything you need to whip up delicious meals while on the road. We upgraded to the induction cooktop and love that we can cook even in a complete fire ban. Despite its compact size, the Canning offers ample storage, ensuring you can bring all the essentials (and maybe even a few luxuries) without feeling cramped. The inclusion of two 90L water tanks is another major plus, giving you peace of mind for extended trips off the grid.

Setting up the Canning is a breeze— it’s so easy to set up that you’ll be settled and relaxing in no time. The incredible awning further enhances the outdoor experience, providing the perfect shady spot to unwind and enjoy the views.

Lastly, the customer service we experienced was fantastic. From start to finish, the team from Hitch were supportive, responsive, and genuinely cared about ensuring a great experience.

The Canning perfectly balances utility and comfort—it truly offers everything you need and nothing that you don't. We couldn't recommend it more for anyone seeking the perfect companion for their adventures.

I had been looking for a smaller camper that could do all the things I wanted it to do and go the places I wanted to go. Man does this little beauty fit the bill. Best sleep I have had in a camper ever. Jut perfect for myself.
Tim was so fantastic in walking me through the process and some changes of items. Always keeping me up to date and just as excited as I was to see it being built.

We bought our Canning camper in Nov 2024. Tim was great to deal with and provided excellent customer service. No question was too small.
The whole team at Hitch were very customer focused.
My husband drove from the southern border of NSW to the Gold Coast to collect our camper. On the way home, Tim rang him three times to ensure everything was going well.
We are very happy with the quality of our camper and cannot wait to go on our first trip at the end of January. The camper is very rugged, and will more than meets our needs.

Great team to help select the best options to build a brilliant Australian made off road camper, that will get you to remote locations with a straight forward, canvas free, pull up and relax set up.
The construction is strong, a well insulated cabin, with practical options like air suspension, enabling easy levelling, good ride height, and even allow storage in the garage when you get home.

The entire process of buying our Canning was perfect. Tim was extremely helpful, efficient and so easy to communicate with. Hitch after sale service is exceptional. Although yet to test her off road, the drive from Brisbane (with overnight stay) to the NSW south coast, including Sydney traffic, was easy. The Canning towed really well. Looking forward to our first offroad trip in January!
