Customer service is always +100%. Friendly, helpful and efficient.
Staff went above and beyond when I did urgent passport applications - stayed open past 5pm to make sure they were lodged. A huge thank you!!

absolutely poor service. the ladies refused of taking my marriage certificate went saying it was foreign certificate in which not accepted, while the policy in Passport office clearly stated foreign certificates from certain countries are recognized and accepted. More rediculously was that the same lady served me 5 yrs ago for my daughter's passport telling me can't take it. They did take it 5 yrs ago after rang passport office!! They denied of giving me hard time and didn't want even try to ask passport office or seeking any clarification from manager. They asked me go submit my passport renewal form in passport office. Dude, Passport office doesn't accept individual application directly at all!!!.. don't they know or simply they were giving me hard time!?!?! I only can say the ladies are irresponsible and extremely lack of knowledge. Such narrow minded service!!! I went to gosford post office on the next day, and with same documents. Guess what? all went fine!!!

So disappointed in Australia Post and Woy Woy depot. I received an email saying that they tried to deliver my parcel but no one was home when in actual fact, I was! Meaning that the postman didn't even try to deliver it. My Mum then kindly went to Woy Woy post office to pick it up for me, I wrote an email saying she can pick it up on my behalf as I work 9-5, Monday through Friday and they wouldn't give it to her! They said I have to come and get it... HOW AM I MEAN TO DO THAT WHEN YOU'RE NOT OPEN ON SATURDAY or SUNDAY!? Absolutely pathetic.

I had to take away a star.
Old review: Always busy and not a fun place to be when the staff aren't happy or caring.

New review in addition to old: went to pick up 2 parcels with postie cards we were sure one was our marriage certificate! Instead we got home and realised one they had given us was our neighbours parcel... after waiting another week for our marriage certificate turns out because we didn't collect they sent it back to the BDM office. Unacceptable... make sure you check what they give you!!

Worst service ever! I had a traumatic experience with these guys while logging my passport and again while applying for my baby's passport. The old ladies working here are stubborn and rude. They won't accept the passport picture even after it met all the photo standards because I didn't get it clicked from them. Finally i took my 8 week old for the photo and the took the ugliest photo ever and were themselves not sure of they should submit this to Australian Passport office.

There used to be a young asian lady who was the only sensible one but guess they bullied her and she had to leave as well. Please avoid them if you can. Incompetent and frustrated staff should not be working and be replaced with better ones. Umina PO has the same staff. Please vosit Ettalong PO, the staff is very helpful there.

They are delivering packages to laneways folks <3 Australia post are no longer just slipping anymore 5 stars Old review is merely a snapshot of history now where they used to leave a slip and not delivery to laneways. staff in store are lovely and passport service is great

They gave my package to someone with a completely different name and address. When trying to track down the package they accused me of having already picked it up for about 5 minutes before offering to look over the footage of who had actually picked it up. Said this could take 4 days to review. I have picked up many packages from here and not once been asked for ID, they need to check names and addresses before handing over packages.

Can I give a negative star for that one person who works here? One of the staff members in this post office was very rude. I honestly can't believe how she acted towards us. So, We went to post office to finish our passport application but we cannot do anything about it but instead to come back again next time, assuring that our requirements are fully completed. This old lady who assisted us didn't show any type of interest and positive attitude towards us. My sister asked her to explain what exactly we need to get done on the application and she replied, "this is self explanatory", and was almost shouting at us. My sister explained herself and told her that English isn't our first language and our parents still have a bit of trouble with understanding and speaking it. This time, she went off and literally laughed at us? Well, I assumed she did because heck, there's no other reason she would laugh but that's because of what my sister told her, that English isn't our first language. I was utterly disgusted and shocked by the attitude and actions that she displayed considering the fact that we're the customers, we had the right to be annoyed by her customer service. If it wasn't for my calm state of mind during that time, I would've went off and call her out for discrimination.
