The team at Rapid Demolition had the job to remove a concrete slab done quickly and professionally. Called on Tuesday and team was there on Saturday and had it done within the day. Site left clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

Ryan started of nice but then turned sour.
When I questioned why he had double billed me for work, then threaten me. Makes up tons of excuses for every delay, adds extra cost charging $600 per labourer per day + $1,000 for supervisor.

Avoid.

Additionally left loads of rubble mixed in the dirt. So added extra cost to excavate.

I couldn't be happier to have the demolition of my large 1970's extension done without any hiccups despite the complexity of having to contend with the original part of the house being heritage listed. Ryan and his team were sympathetic to the requirements laid down and carried out the job accordingly.
Very efficient execution and cleaned up afterwards.
I'd highly recommend these guys.

Ryan and the Rapid team were a pleasure to deal with during the whole demolition process. They worked in an efficient, thorough and professional way in stripping our main bathroom ahead of a renovation.

We have an old cottage style home, and they were very careful where appropriate, catering their approach expertly to the job. Would recommend them highly and will be using them again in the future.

Extremely Disappointed - Avoid This Company. recently had a very frustrating experience and felt compelled to share it. Despite their promising advertisements, my experience was far from satisfactory. Ryan is such a liar.

I contacted Ryan from Rapid Demolition late last year about my property on the South Coast. He was quick to inspect the property and gave a very reasonable quote for demolition . Since then he has kept in contact with me and has finished the job in expert fashion. I recommend him highly as does the company that is supplying my prefab home. That says it all to me.
