I’m surprised at all the negative reviews. I’ve been coming here for the past 2 years and they are great. The quality of meat has always been rock solid, the service has been fast, polite and helpful and the selection of different cuts of meat is well above your standard butcher. My personal favourite is their broad selection of sausages, so many to choose from. They often have great deals on as well. If you’re looking for good meat at a good price, be sure to come here.

This business deserves 5star ratings IMPO. I have been in an extremely diverse range of retail businesses and fully appreciate the time talent and expertise to present provide and advise clients with the highest quality products. Bang for buck these guys smash it! Greatest presentation you could expect and REAL cuts of meat.I would not have posted normally but small businesses like this one are the future employers and educators of Australia’s next generations! PS: I have just completed three prep and cook of three different cuts of meat. Everyone exceeded my expectations!

Purchased BBQ Rissoles 2 kilo,s for 20.00 dollars.on the 31st of March 2024,over spiced and full of salt .Rang to give fed back ,dissapointing Result .

Never going here again.
Bought $44 worth of chicken marylands the day before Xmas. Pulled them out Xmas morning from the fridge and they were all off. They were in two bags and the second bags smell almost knocked me over. They were bought home directly from the butcher and stored correctly as they were for my guests so I didn’t risk anything in storing them. So shocked. As a new resident I shall be looking elsewhere in future.

$34 for 4 x garlic kievs that were inedible, pumped full of raw jar garlic that was so disgusting not one person served could eat anymore than a mouth full. Twice I’ve made the mistake of shopping here. NOT AGAIN.?

So we got a bulk order of meats. Hole rump which they offered to cut up for us no extra charge. Each Stake was Vacumed sealed. A bunch of lamb shanks that were very meaty. And a bunch of chicken thighs that were very good and super cheap. Will be using this place alot more. As was using Vic meats online before this but not happy with them as of late.

Bought twice the meat there, weighted at home with my precise scale, always short weight than what I havrpaid, their scale is 2.8kg but my home scale shows 2.5kg
, be very careful with this merchant, I talked to the shop they said it is our scales error! But it never happens in other merchant. Very dodgy shop, no manner, be very very careful!

Will never buy here again. Quality was discusting! Meat was fatty, dry and discoloured. Had what looked to be some brown mouldy stuff on it. Sent a message with pictures to show them what i recieved and the message read but ignored. I am a local and i will now go to Umina Quality Meats and i will be telling everyone i know to do the same! Poor quality and poor customer service. If i could give no stars i would.
