On the few occasions i had to call or contact Woodrow , i have always found Adam and his team extremely helpful , professional and have great customer service , Adam and Renee always answered my emails quickly and were very helpful in problem solving the issue i had with my kiln and dispatched my parts within 1 day

I previously owned and fired a Woodrow kiln for around 4 years (2015 - 2019) with no problems. These recent photos are of my second Woodrow Kiln purchased in 2019. It was relined in 2020 (still under warranty) due to a fault in the lining. I continued to use this kiln regularly for bisque and stoneware firings. It began showing cracks and bits falling off the walls. I was in shock that this was happening again. Woodrow repeatedly told me it was something I was doing that was causing the lining to deteriorate - the clay I was using, my glazes, ventilation and finally putting foreign materials in this kiln which I had not done. If so, Why did this not happen with my previous kiln? In regard to customer service, I complained repeatedly and because the kiln was just out of warranty, I was eventually offered a no guarantee repair at my own cost. I then took my concern to NCAT(my case was dismissed). After this experience I will never buy a Woodrow kiln again.

Highly recommend. Woodrow Kilns are an Australian business who build exceptional kilns. They are worthy of their stellar reputation and their customer service is outstanding. They are friendly, helpful and always willing to provide you with technical advice or peace of mind when you need it. The are also a resilient, professional company of master craftspeople. They have been affected by all the natural disasters Australia and the world could throw at them in the last few years and they still get back up kicking, supporting their staff and customers, producing beautifully made products. Also my kiln was delivered to me without a hitch all the way down in Tassie, fantastic packaging by Woodrow and quick and safe couriering by Tasfreight

I found Woodrow Kilns to be a very professional, safe and well set up work environment and Peter who showed us around and discussed things with us to be very knowledgeable and friendly.
