Racing around last minute trying to find a big piece of pork to roast for Easter Sunday, I stumbled across this butcher as I did a google search while driving through the Blue Mountains. They were the only place open so I was extremely relieved- and they had a rolled leg of pork available , looking particularly good! Well, I have cooked pork for many many years, but this roast was the best I have ever done! Great crackle, and superbly tender and flavourful meat. What a find! Go here, these guys have an exceptional product and a wonderful attitude to service, and they sure saved the day. Thank you Winmalee Quality Meats, you sure live up to your name ! I will be popping by whenever I drive through the mountains! Five stars!

Not only is the quality of meat amazing and the prices are very reasonable,the customer service is impeccable!!!!!

Today I had an issue with my car keys due to my 18 month old thinking she is hilarious and breaking them inside the butcher shop…meaning I couldnt get into our car with a press of a button.
Obviously there is a hidden key but My hands were full and my kid kept trying to escape my arms and become the next Johnny Knoxville attempting risk her life in the car park. Burnie came to the rescue to help me out.

He didnt have to do that seeing as he was the only one in the shop at the time. But out of the goodness of his heart he helped a stressed mum out and for that I am forever grateful ? thank you!
