Terry White Pharmacy at Winmalee is in every way the best pharmacy I have ever been to.
Terry White Pharmacy has been the only pharmacy I have solely been a customer of for approximately 5 years.
The only time I will go to another pharmacy is if Terry White Winmalee does not have in stock or stocks what I need or want.
Every member from the Pharmacist’s to the rest of the team that work at Terry White Winmalee are amazing with such great work ethics and such respectful, helpful and professional attitude's and knowledge that make a customer feel very respected and valued.
Nothing is a problem and the Pharmacist’s go out of there way to advise and help with sharing there medical knowledge and general knowledge in answering any question that a customer asks about.
The two Pharmacists that are my hero’s are SAM and CLAIRE. Nothing and I mean nothing is a problem to them. SAM and CLAIRE go above and beyond and out of there way with informative information and are truly helpful with giving me advice on something I need more information on that I want to purchase.
All the staff that work on the floor are so helpful and knowledgeable and really also go out of their way to help their customers.
Another great bonus that Terry White Pharmacy at Winmalee has to offer is a delivery service for scripts, general medicine and products that can be purchased at their pharmacy.

Staff are super friendly, The compounding pharmacist went above and beyond my expectations today. Much more affordable than the previous compounding pharmacy I went to in kingswood and a lot better service. 10/10 would recommend.

Can usually find what I'm after here, and the prices are not near outrageous either.

Staff are quite friendly and knowledgeable, always happy to help with anything, and put up with my ramblings about supplementation.

Never had to wait too long for A prescription to be filled, and they even have A service setup where you can order your prescriptions through a Smarrphone App, and have the order ready to collect by the time you reach the store, which is very convenient.

Went to get a prescription this afternoon, first person told me the item was in stock, went to collect it 10 mins later, told they processing prescription for me, then told me they didn't have in stock( after telling me they did). Wanted to get probiotics from fridge but they had trolleys , racking, baskets of stock blocking access, so came away empty handed , and not for the first time. Went to Springwood (priceline) got both items required no problems. they just lost a $103 sale.

A great, well stocked and well priced chemist with extremely friendly and helpful staff and professional, kind and very knowledgeable chemists. If they don't keep a certain medication in their usual stocks they are more than happy to order it in which has only ever taken 24 hours for the medication to arrive in store.

The staff are lovely however I've never paid more than $12 for a jar on amoxil for my children but husband got charged $20. Rang and said that this was beyond a joke "government prices and we are not a discount chemist" I was trying to support local but this is unacceptable. They didn't seem to care about losing my business.

Had 2 experiences with this chemist now where we have purchased medication that has had the security seal broken and the product used !!
One with cold and flu medication and another with nasal gel.
They should be audited for safe practices.
