Getting a quote is like pulling teeth. After trying to get pricing 3 times I gave up and went across the road to Boval Engineering. They gave me pricing quickly and took 2 weeks to process my order. Job is installed and looks great. Hickey's just wasted my time.

Sadly not the place it used to be. Gave them a simple 30 minute welding job to which they advised it would be ready in 2 weeks. Phoned them after 2 weeks and was advised job was not started and scheduled for the following week. Called in three days after new date only to find my job still on their reception floor untouched.
Before Hickey sold his business no job was too small and the man was great to deal with, under this new management these mavericks are just unreliable. My advice, don't waste your time and go elsewhere as it couldn't be any worse.

Needed to cut a small piece of stainless steel, basically a simple one minute job on their guillotine. Telephoned Hickey and the reception lady was somewhat rude. Said there's a $55 min charge and would take a few days. Checked another business in Penrith and after $5 the job was done. Mr Hickey from the 80's was great. Now this business is a rip off and to be avoided.
