Paul, Jake and team are wonderful! They put our new air con and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They let me know when they were on their way with a GPS system (A+++), they were super quick, clean and easy to talk to. Won’t go anywhere for air con services. Thank you! ❤️

Paul and the team were BRILLIANT! Can’t recommend more highly. Friendly, reliable service. Our new air con unit looks great. They made a huge effort to make everything perfect. Very experienced and professional. We love our new air con unit. It’s positioned perfectly. We called them back today to help us fix our dishwasher too. They made one trip to fix it and another yo test it. We will absolutely use them again! Great job, and thank you!

We just had a new aircon installed by PBM Air on our home in the Blue Mountains. The experience has been great from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the process was clear and easy. They gave me a really reasonable quote and the aircon was installed much quicker than I expected. *ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICE*

I had a urgent job to disconnect and remove a gas heater the day new carpets were being laid. Jake and Paul responded to a post in a local Facebook group and were at my house in 20 minutes to do the job! They absolutely saved my bacon and the new carpet could be laid no problems.

Very professional and great to deal with. Look forward to dealing with them again!

Highly recommend - PBM Air were responsive, turned up on time, provided a highly competitive quote (higher quality products/systems provided) and were professional (even with our dog) in all dealings. We recommend this business highly. Despite my enquiry being during the holiday season, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a quick response via email and a visit to provide a quote. Jake was very professional and clear with which aircon system would best suit our home. His and Paul's professionalism continued during installation. Their communication was excellent.
