I placed in my disposable camera 2 weeks ago and when it got back with the film I was pleased with most of the photos and the way they were presented but some photos when I look back at the film were cropped out or missing a few that were on the film. I understand not all of my photos rendered on the film but the few that did that didn’t get fully done or done at all I’m disappointed by. But in general good work and only place in Newcastle that I found that would do the film for me.

Everything is great until it's not. Head office staff are not aware of their consumer obligations. Owner of the shop says everything to make out he's going to help resolve manufacturer issues but doesn't return phone calls, doesn't answer the phone, etc even when he asks me to call. Will never buy an Olympus tough camera again or deal with Camera House - Newcastle.

Came for a Hong Kong passport photo, the requirement for the passport photo was incredibly high and specific. The staff is so helpful and have so much patience with me. Appreciate it so much!! Definitely recommend!

These guys have literally been around forever, and are the real deal experts in photography and camera gear. I still make extra trips here just to get my sensors cleaned every few months. Beats trying to do it yourself or getting the cameras sent off to Sydney via Canon Professional Services or Sony Professional Services, and gets done within a few hours, sometimes sooner.
