As Linda noted, their advertised prices don't include GST and I was charged double for delivery because they tried to deliver on a day I already told them I wouldn't be home (of course, they don't provide an itemised account, just a hand-written number so I had to go back and forth with her to figure out what I was being charged for what).
Really poor communication and shonky accountancy aside, the ironing was acceptable.

While the ironing service provided was good, the communication was poor. Pick-up and drop-off times were not clearly notified, and a no show fee was charged when the pick-up person arrived before 9am, while I was out for 5 minutes doing school drop-off. In addition, despite the website claiming that there are "no hidden costs", GST is not included in the quoted fees but only mentioned in a small disclaimer. So between the unreasonable no-show fee and GST being added to quoted fees, I ended up paying significantly more than I had planned. When I tried to discuss these issues with the manager, she replied rudely (quote: "The cost to us and your good self by far out ways the time and trouble in giving us an legal lesson. It may be better to arrange a service with suitably qualified legal and taxation experts rather than our service.") So overall, decent ironing, poor communication and rude replies to queries.
