I've had my automobile serviced at ESA (Eastern suburbs automotive) for approximately twelve months and twice so far. They go over the entire car and check everything and provide a complementary wash afterwards. The service is professional and friendly and Alex ,Eli and Vic go above and beyond to ensure your car receives the highest standards of service. Definitely have your automobile serviced here , I'm sure you will be impressed.

Eli Hovagimian from Eastern Suburbs Automotive has been servicing my family’s cars for years, and more recently, Alex. They are both highly skilled, professional, and incredibly reliable. Whether it’s regular maintenance or more complicated repairs, they always provide top-quality work.

What sets them apart is their honesty and the personal care they put into every job. I’ve never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs, and they take the time to explain everything clearly. It’s a relief knowing that our cars are in the hands of people who genuinely care about their customers' safety and satisfaction.

For anyone looking for mechanics they can trust, Eli and Alex at Eastern Suburbs Automotive are the team to go to. I couldn’t recommend them more!

I wanted to write this as I had a really good experience with the team at Eastern suburbs Auto.
Alex and Eli did an amazing job as I had to make a warranty claim for my Audi S3.
They were able to liaise with the warranty company and promptly acquire a new part and have my car ready in 2 days' time.
Also not to mention when I collected the car their team gave the car nice clean and now my baby is looking shiny and brand new!

I own an older Mercedes-Benz W211 E350. The reason I've taken it to Eastern Suburbs Automotive (ESA) for the last 9 years is that Alex and all team members I've spoken with, have understood and performed very complex repairs my car might need (like an M272 engine balance shaft replacement--Braith showed me a couple of defective balance shaft drive cogs ESA had removed from customer vehicles--which inspires confidence in their technical abilities)--meanwhile they've performed several other technically significant jobs that the car unfortunately did need. Recently, they had my 722.9 transmission conductor plate reconditioned--shifts are now ultra-smooth, it's delightful. The car is in great shape--thanks to regular servicing by ESA.

Came in here for a pink slip check, the guy tried to say there were multiple things wrong with my car including claiming that my almost brand new tyres needed replacing. Took it to my regular mechanic, it’s completely fit for registration
