Whoever read this review take it 100% true. I’ve picked my car this week with more than my expectations. Sutton Mitsubishi Arncliff’s staffs are extraordinarily amazing teams.
I’ve checked couple of cars and different dealers before I came here, but once I got here I’m more satisfied with car, with staff knowledgeable and with their excellent customer handling.

Worst experience ever! Tried to contact customer care team to try and get 2021 LDV D90 fixed and to see if I can get a loan car for the time being. As we all know having a reliable vehicle is important for everyday life. Especially if the card is still brand new and t not even 1 year old. I understand about bookings times for analysis to see what is wrong with the car. Spoke to Mercedes from the customer care team. Rudest customer service person! No care for the customers what so ever. Hung up on me when requesting to speak to manager. Had to call back and they stated I will get a call back in 30 min, Still no call after 1 hour. Tried calling back and no one is answering the phones. Tried again 5x and still no one will pick up. Now I believe the other bad reviews stating, once they have sold you the car, they do not care if anything happens to the car and how long it will take to get fixed. Will never recommend this car dealer. Save your time and money and just go directly to manufactures.

My husband and i were very happy with the customer service we received at Suttons Arncliffe. Jeremy Pinson was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the car we purchased. Only being in 5 months training, he did an excellent job at explaining everything we needed to know about the car we bought. The rest of the team were super friendly and helpful as well. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Andy and the team. From start to finish it was an easy process. After shopping around they offered me the best deal on my trade in and were next to none in customer service. They never pressured me into purchasing which was the selling point for me nor did they pressure me on all the extras. The advice they gave me was of a great help aswell. They were in constant contact and from start to finish they were friendly.
Will definitely recommend if you're in the market to purchase a vehicle.

He was at all time’s extremely professional and understanding
Steve is one of the most professional people I have had the pleasure of meeting
