It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Minh as I went to the store to trade in my camera and lens. I received an extremely fair valuation (better than most other stores around the area).

Minh was extremely accommodating and transparent every step of the way - walking me through the selling process and how the camera would be assessed. It was a very quick and easy process (especially with Minh) and I recommend anyone looking to sell/trade their cameras to come visit the store. I have no doubt buying a camera would be an even better experience!

Ted's World Of Imaging is a great store for those interested in photography that is not limited to taking a selfie with a phone. The store has a wide collection of photography equipment, ranging from point and shoot camera models to very sophisticated professional equipment. There's also a large collection of second hand equipment for those looking for hard to locate items or simply to exchange older lenses. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are competitive.

Not sure why items like bags don’t have price tags on them. It can take a bit of a wait to ask staff for the prices when it’s busy.

Friendly and helpful staff. Also like the small gallery in the back.

Great place to take an Aussie passport photo! Took less than 5 minutes to get 8 high-quality photo prints at the right dimensions for just $19.95, which were accepted by Australia Post and the Passport Office. I liked that the staff let me check the resulting photo before printing it out and the option to re-take it as needed.

This was my first time at Ted's, and the service my husband and I received was fantastic. We had Marcus serve us, and he was full of knowledge, and he answered all of our questions. Special mention as well to Chris, who I spoke to over the phone before heading in store as he took note of all my details and had my camera ready to go in the back!
