Usually even with express shipping where I live this never happens.

I purchased an outfit and selected express delivery, which based on my postcode stated 48-72 hours on the website. Unfortunately, there was no further communication until the night before the party I needed the costume for, which at that time I was notified that my order had been cancelled due to not having the product in-stock. Incredibly disappointing to receive no communication for 4 days, only to receive communication after it should have been delivered based on the expected delivery timeframe.
