VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNTIDY WORK!!
This is what I was left with when hiring rapid cables to to mount my television to my wall. All cables exposed below television and the aerial still running up out of the carpet. I rang Josh once arriving home and I said it looks very untidy as leads are hanging from the wall now and the aerial is coming out of the carpet and he said “I was under the impression it would be behind a cabinet”. In my opinion you shouldn’t need a cabinet to cover your untidy work. Once I got advice off a qualified electrician he informed me that the aerial should have been put through the wall as that’s within his area of expertise. My electrician called Josh from rapid cables and requested for him to return and move the aerial through the wall but he refused and when asked if he would be happy if that was his home he replied “probably not” but still refused to fix it. Very unprofessional in my opinion, it would of taken him 5 minutes to move the cable but instead he chose the easy option.

Josh is amazing. It was wonderful to have our new television professionally installed. He did a seamless job and by the time he left the television was all ready to go. And, he took all of the packaging, leaving us with absolutely nothing to do. Thanks Josh.

Josh was very professional, knowledgeable and took immense pride in their work. Josh understood how I wanted my TV set up, offered helpful suggestions and recommendations and ensured the TV is perfectly symmetrical. Josh then cleaned up, including vacuuming and connected my TV to the Wifi and ensured it was ready for me to customise and enjoy. I highly recommend Josh! Thank-you

Josh from Rapid cabling contacted me the day before install to inform me of the time he would arrive the next day. He arrived at the time he quoted. The install was quick and efficient. No mess was left behind and the install itself was very clean. Josh offered to set up all the functions and preferences of the television as well as demonstrate the functions of the newly installed device. I would definitely recommend Josh and Rapid Cabling for any audiovisual installation.
