I can not rave enough about how easy it was to place an order pay and then received the product delivered to our door within 24hours. On top of this the quality was excellent as well. I will definitely be using them again for all future magnets.

I ordered 5000 Magnet flyers 500 or so got damaged in the rain (heavy rain) it was probably my fault, I dunno. I explained the situation to them and they replaced it no problem with 600 at no cost. I was blown away. Thank you guys. I really appreciate it. I will defiantly be using them again and recommending them! Matthew was great!

An error at their and with delivery was quickly rectified and they rang to inform us of the delay. Very impressed with the level of communication and the product itself. Poor Service!!

I Ordered 3000 shaped magnets from Mister magnets to deliver with leaflets.
I sent them my logo and a few different design ideas so the colours would match the leaflets.
Mister magnets sent me my proof of the magnet design and it was a different blue as compared to my logo and what I had explained to them.
I sent mister magnets a email stating the colour was wrong and received an email saying that the colour was different to what I was seeing on the screen and that the colours changed from computer to computer.
I rang them to confirm this and was promised that it was going to be the same as my logo colours.

I received the magnets and they were the wrong blue that they had sent to me in the proof. I rang them up and they agreed to make me new ones and send a courier to pick up the old ones. A few days later they sent me a few template magnets with a few different blue's so I could choose which blue I wanted.

I chose the blue I wanted and asked them if they could trim the sides of the new magnets and was told I would have to pay $100 for a new dye.
I gave them a picture of the original magnet cut to how I wanted it and the measurement's so they wouldn't make a mistake on it. I rang them 3 times to confirm exactly what I wanted done, they did not send me a proof? but confirmed they knew what I wanted done.

After weeks of waiting I received the new magnets and the size was made totally different to what I had asked and what they agreed on. I rang the office and was blamed for their mistakes.

I would not recommend using this service due to their poor communication and customer service skills.

Very impressed with the customer service, the speed and the price. The artwork was ready within minutes, as well as the corrections that needed to be done. Cathy was very helpful and positive. This is our second time working with them and will definetly keep coming back!

Mister Magnets were so easy to deal with, the website is so easy to use and gave you the option to make any changes before printing. The magnets are good quality and the test and images are very clear. Postage was extremely fast. I would definitely use them again
