Rob does not return phone calls or answer text messages.
I accidentally paid him extra - when I called him the next day, he claimed to not have realised. He then advised he would reimburse me the overpayment. However, a few dozen phone calls and text messages later and still nothing...

Very slack service, requested a shower screen repair several years ago and he didn't show up. Thought it might be a one off so contacted him again a couple of weeks ago, he said he could come but again no show, chased him up again and he said he would come Saturday, No Show, phoned him several times & left messages but he doesn't reply. only reason I have persisted is he installed the screen originally. 1 Star only because it won't accept NO STARS.

Unfortunately, I can only giving a 2 star review at this point in time. The glass balustrade looks good from the road. Despite numerous attempts over many months to contact Rob via emails, phone calls and messages, unfortunately it has not been completed and does not meet building codes.

UPDATE: Fortunately, this work was finally rectified by Rob back in Nov 2021. Thank you.

Great service. When the whipper snipper sent a rock through our glass, Rob was able to fix it as good as new for a fair price. He was professional and reliable and communicated clearly with us.
