We recently replaced some old timber windows and found the advice received from Scott in relation to the options available for the new windows was very professional and knowledgeable. The install was difficult as we had numerous others trades working here at the same time however nothing seemed to be a problem for Shear and we appreciate their flexibility and willingness to work in with our schedule. We are extremely happy with the end result

I cannot rate SHEAR highly enough. The quality of their service and their product is impeccable. We recently had our windows replaced and SHEAR were amazing at every step of the way. From responding quickly to our quote request, to their expert guidance and insights, and even troubleshooting unexpected issues that our house caused upon installation; SHEAR were nothing but professional, personable and helpful. We recently had some new windows supplied and installed by Shear Glass and Aluminium and from the very start of the process which was the measure and quote to installation of these high quality windows, we couldn't find fault with anything at all. All subsequent enquiries were handled efficiently.
We truly appreciate the professionalism of the Shear Glass and Aluminium as we had quite a few other window companies come out to quote but they just didn't seem to meet the standards of quality or professionalism that SG and A demonstrated and therefore have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who values quality and efficiency.
