Durack Heights is an ambitious project, especially during a time of housing market recession. Pricing for new homes in this area are out of reach for most people not working for government or mining sectors which is unfortunate as they have a lot of beautiful homes.

There are also a lot of Duplexs in the area which might turn some people off, we went and looked at some of these duplex’s and were surprised they were mostly owned by Venture housing which would only accommodate couples earning less than $45K each.

So there is going to be quite the mixed bag of people in these areas for sure. Hopefully it won't turn into a ghetto, time will tell
