I had previously moved my car from Darwin to Melbourne with CEVA. The service was affordable, timely, pleasant and they delivered my car in immaculate condition. Unfortunately Prixcar were unable to fulfill any of these requirements.

My car was delivered in horrible condition, the front light protectors had been physically ripped off and only broken fragments remained. No explanation was given. There were multiple chips and scratches across the body of the vehicle. The outside and inner lining of the car was covered in dirt and mud. When I raised these concerns with PrixCar they refused to accept any responsibility and treated me as if i was being unreasonable. They had no care for my property and worst of all had no interest my concerns.

I had read many horror reviews on this place and happy to say my car arrived safely with no damage. (transported via work)
Pick up driver very nice however a little inexperienced - had to drive the car a kilometre from my house and walk home because he didn’t feel confident driving the truck to my house (not a difficult street). My car wasn’t due to be delivered a month after we arrived, however we saw it in the yard at Prix and requested to pick up earlier. The lady at the front desk could consider being a little more friendlier and not make us feel like we were inconveniencing her by collecting it early. She was very grumpy in general. Other than that, the experience was a positive one 🙂

Great company. Has an app where you can track your car via website and or text message. Took just over a week to get the car Canberra to Darwin. Lady on the phone was happy to wait so I can have the car before the long Easter break. Thanks for waiting.

I had an amazing experience moving my car from Brisbane to Darwin! The team was very helpful and attentive to my queries and I was able to track my car through their tracking system as it travelled to the NT.

The ladies at the Berrimah office were so lovely, ensuring that the key handover was quick and smooth!

Thank you so much for getting my car here from the dealership in Melbourne to Darwin in mint condition.

I was worried when I saw the condition report during transit as it said my car was in "fair condition" but alas I had nothing to worry about. Darwin branch were fantastic and let me collect direct from them rather than the hassle of delivery to my unit complex. Thanks guys

Fantastic service.

A brand new Nissan Navara travelled on last weeks service between Perth and Darwin.
Arrived on time, with this trust worthy company.

A special mention goes to Darwin Depot Manager Liz who went above and beyond her call of duty to ensure the car arrived here due to delays with the original operator we had booked.
Liz provided sensational levels of support to ensure she and her team could resolve a problem that had nothing to do with Prixcar.
