What a way of ripping off customer. Have been your customer since an year now. The shelve shows lower price, However, I was charged with High price. When asked why? They replied it must be a mistake from someone and they must have swapped the barcodes. That's not my concern, I should be given the price which is mentioned on the shelve. Atleast you should apologise your customers. The lady i got served by is always rude. If you Can't work properly or answer your customers properly. Just go home and chill mate. Would definetly like to be connected. Account Name is Red Rooster Marrara.
I have got all the required invoices to support my claim, Otherwise i will be lodging this with Consumer Affairs.

very good products but unfortunately lady over the phone got no sense in regards to how to talk to customer. you can't shout on customer and prove them that they are wrong and no apology at all to customer.

i think she doesn't know that customer is always right.

i hope management will take some action in regards to this.
