Very bad service. I have send three parcels to Bangladesh through DHL from DHL of Darwin. It was said that it will be delivered to Bangladesh within 7 days. After reaching to Bangladesh, their employees are asking for bribes from the receiver of those parcels, so that they will deliver those parcels at my home. Otherwise, they will deliver after 45 days. What is the immediate solution? Never send anything through DHL, they cannot be trusted anymore.

Efficient, competent, delivers on time and unlike other express service competitors, they have their own planes and they're the end of the airport runway .
They delivered an urgent parcel to an African country Monday morning. I sent it Friday!

Very bad service. This company likes to blame everyone else for their terrible service. I had a parcel arrive 1 month after it was scheduled to arrive. You pay so much for Express service and don't get it. They also don't take responsibility for the items in the package that are ruined from their bad service. When you complain and they say they will call back they never do. It is a real shame as the people in their facility in darwin are excellent. Save your money and sanity and use some other service

Worst, pathetic and terrifying experience sent a parcel from here it’s been more than a month and still has not been delivered, Inexperienced and unqualified staff the mistake was from the Dhl representative as she weighed the box and put down wrong weight in the invoice when I went to the depot there was no help offered. Terrifying experience Do not scam hardworking money
