These guys are open on Sunday, don't be fooled because the opening times aren't displayed on the front doors (even though they have hours for every other day of the week?).
The store layout is good, the customer service is fantastic, very helpful.
They sell all electronics that you could need for your home. Make sure you ask them "how much for cash" before you get to the checkout, they do pretty good discounts.

There are some amazing weekend deals on a wide range of electronic and home appliances, including clearance sales on selected items. This homeware store is the perfect destination for all your electronic needs. I was in search of a drip filter coffee machine and was pleasantly surprised by the extensive selection of brands available. They offer a range of quality products in every department at competitive prices, and their friendly staff are always ready to assist you.

I bought the washing machine and had it delivered yesterday. The delivery guy was very rude and unprofessional. I paid $85 for premium delivery which included removal of the cardboard and installation.

When he went to remove the cap on the water pipe he said "I can't open the cap. It's too tight. We're not plumbers and we don't want to touch it or break it. It's the buyer's responsibility to open the caps." I explained that this was hand closed but they didn't try any further.

They also left the hose installed in a bent position. I ended up fixing it myself. The terms and conditions say they are licensed installers but what can they do? They can't open the cap or install the hose correctly.

Moreover, when the delivery man left, they said in their own language "he/she is idiot." I was with staff from the same country as him, so she told me about it later, and I was totally shocked when I heard that.

It was the worst kind of professional behavior.

I'm giving the staff a minus star, but I'm satisfied with the purchase process and the product itself so I'm giving it two stars.

Please be aware that when your purchased product is delivered and installed, the work may not be professional.

Arrogant service manager in Millner store , Darwin. Me & My Mrs had to visit Good Guys store in Millner Darwin. The service manager was the most arrogant, nonprofessional and bad behaving person I have come across in Australia. he said his name is 'Jed Baniyas " . my vacuum floor robot was give for repair around 8 weeks ago. the repair was completed and was sent back to their Millner stores weeks ago. i was not contacted at all. I went to ask in the store and found it. asked to talk to the manager & asked him why i was not contacted , what if i dint come over here to check. he said to me and my Mrs ' i am t not looking around in the store for your product . go and do what you want . asked him who is going to look for my product then. he said he has no clue. and he was raising his voice to me and my wife . With all my respect i request the good guys management to give hi some behavioral training . He really needs some training to talk to customers . feel sorry for the people working under him. Will never step back to this store in my life

Dealt with the most unhelpful worker. Did not know anything about the products and could not even help us find out the price of the items we were interested in. Forced to leave without purchasing

I’ll try to state this objectively. We purchased an item and organised it to be delivered. We were told we would likely receive it the morning. If you are not there when the delivery comes there is a fee. Rather than get contacted with an estimated time for delivery in the morning as we were led to believe, we ended up waiting the whole day at home. We rang Good Guys to try to get information but they could not contact their delivery service. From my perspective there was nothing good about this.
