My son dragged me in here because he was after one of those head scarf sock things; this was the third shop we tried and I was happier then he was when we found what he was looking for! They had so many designs to choose from too - he finally picked one and then I dragged him through the rest of the store! We left with a shopping lost longer then both our arms and planning our next fishing / camping trip - these guys have everything you need for a weekend or month away! Reasonably priced too. We will be back soon!!

Always get a G'day from a smiling face when walking in and the staff are more than happy to help if you need it.
Have always processed my click and collect orders very quickly too.

Sick of buying one thing then getting spammed with emails. I took a survey and expressed my dislike of getting spammed by emails. In the survey there is a question that asks, 'Do you want to hear from a store representitive' of which I answered NO. After replying No, I still received a phone call to which the representitive said that they'd remove me from the emailing list. 10 minutes after the phone call, I received another marketing email from BCF making me think the call was not genuine.

I'll keep giving bad reviews for every store that I get bombarded with emails until companies realize I dont want to be pestered with emails. I know how to use a phone and look stuff up myself. Leave Me Alone I bought one thing!

The worst thing is, ia that I was actually going to leave a good review from the help that I received whilst in the store, but these emails have tarnished my view.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at BCF Darwin branch. The manager refused to assist me with a warranty claim for a broken fishing rod, displaying a dismissive attitude. In contrast, a competitor's store, Anaconda, promptly helped me with a replacement. It is concerning to see such a disparity in service within the same chain. The Palmerston BCF branch, on the other hand, consistently provides excellent service. I urge BCF to address the service issues at the Darwin branch and ensure consistent customer support.
