These guys were truly amazing.
The young lady (not sure how to spell her name ,don't want to give it a shot. because it drives me nuts when people don't spell my name right) was truly spectacular. I went in to get some petty photos printed. She was lovely to talk to and gave some suggestions too.
And she also informed me that I can bring my old cameras in to the store to get them fixed if needed and get film developed.
The other gentleman that was there was great as well. Polite and just lovely to be around.
The store is layed out well and has all that you need.

3 seperate trips and amazing each time. Now there are over 200 mes scattered about my previous workplace.

Dropped in to Camera House Palmerston today on my way around Australia. One of my lenses was not functioning 100% and the staff were happy to have a look, give it a test and offer assistance. They actually found the problem and told me where I could get it repaired. Both staff on site were most professional and helpful. A good experience.

Sold a product that is faulty. I took it back within 7 days for them to keep it over night to “test” it only to say on their report that it was perfectly fine as long as you only use it on 1 of the 3 settings. If I knew the product would only work on 1/3 of the settings I wouldn’t have bought it. That is the definition of not fit for purpose. This product did not meet my expectation. They then were not interested in me demoing the fault. Terrible service would not recommend. Go to JBHIFI or Harvey Norman where the stuff actually care and help and refund faulty products without a fuss, or anywhere else but here. Or shop online where you can get prices cheaper too. You would think in a struggling economy that customer service would be a high priority. Not for these clowns. Avoid this store and you will avoid the mental stress these jokers cause.

After 4 years of van travel & neglection of my camera, I popped into this store for some much needed maintenance/updating - all I can say is that I received the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. He went absolutely above and beyond to help me out - my camera has never felt more loved and shiney! Thank you Camera House Palmserston, you've made my day!
