They missed out on a huge project because they could not be bothered speaking to me to discuss the project. I was told by reception that she would forward my query to the Manager, then a follow up two weeks later and was told she had not forwarded it on and it will take two weeks before anyone will get back to me.
Obviously have no interest in getting any work.

Terrible customer service. The lady that served me was either having a bad day or didn’t want my business. She was argumentative, didn’t really listen to what I was saying and didn’t attempt to provide any solutions to the issues she kept raising. So disappointing.

Very poor service, you have to wait for ever for them to come back to you and you have to keep calling and they will keep promising to call you next week and never happened
