Just remembered why I do my best to avoid coming here.
The staff never know what they have in stock, it's usually a completely different item to what you need and they send you down the back by yourself with mud map directions to pick your own gear.

When the warehouse people down the back are commenting on how lazy the front counter staff are once they see you walking around aimlessly trying to find the obscure hiding spot of what you want, you know something is wrong.

Finally getting back to the counter your met with staff that would rather have personal conversations with each other half way through serving you while you stand there less than a meter away waiting to just get out of there.

I can't remember the last time I have walked out of there with a satisfied service and anything like what I was chasing in the first place.

Has always been run like a backyard operation. How you can have so many staff who do so little, the arrogant service they provide, with second rate products and still survive is beyond me.

Staff are friendly and helpful but the endurite uniforms they sell are just awful. Poor stitching and buttons at odd spacings and the sizing is bizarre.
