My first experience was a slow experience getting loaded. (5 hours)The loaders and shipping office personnel are nice. Turn into truck entrance and follow around to back of building to stop sign or fall in line with trucks waiting to be loaded. When you make it to the stop sign a loader will come check you in and tell you what to do.

Easy loading for flatbed.Three entrances.From Brownwood use the first on the right.Going south from Lake Brownwood on Hwy 279 use the third gate on the left.Google maps pic is outdated.This crew is the best.Very helpful great to work with.

Potters is a great place to load . The Personnel are focused on operations .
They have a heightened sense of safety .
They have a motto lead follow or get out of the way in a sign posted. Usually a 60mn load process.

?delivery in and out very quick. Get in truck entrance go to stop sign. Someone will check with you and lets you know next. No truck overnight parking on location.
