I rocked up at TJM Alice Springs with an intermittent light fault with my caravan trailer plug… Steve fitted a new one on the spot in 20 minutes, sold me some towing mirrors and other gear. Great service, great guys… thanks TJM Alice Springs!

Claire and Steve were absolutely awesome. We had trouble with the rivets on our torneau. Steve squished us in despite us only stopping in with little notice, gave us expert advice and friendly service. Claire had a delightful phone manner and a professional tone when assisting. I would fully recommend these guys anytime after this experience and would happily get further work from them again ?! Thanks TJM!!

Worst customer service I have experienced. I bought a faulty solar blanket there, It was not giving the amp readings stated by a long shot. I took the blanket back and before I was able to explain the fault I was told 'you must have another problem'! From the get go I found the customer service to be agressive and intimidating, An unqualified test was made by the particular salesman, the actual problem I expalined the blanket had, was compleatly skirted around, presumably due to his lack of understanding around solar, and he insisted that it was my own equipment that was faulty! The salesman remained adamantly right in that there was nothing wrong with the blanket, and thus they would do absolutly nothing about it.
I contacted Hardcore, by whom the blanket was made, who were much more professional in their approach. The blanket has been found to be faulty and has been replaced.
I would not shop again at TJM
