I'm not easily impressed after rock hopping around shorelines for over 50 years but the walk around these little bays just South of Rainbow Beach was really enjoyable.

Super huge beach, had a swim, was just lovely. Had a great stop here for a relief from the rare heat we have had this year. Nice cafe available, eat lunch, chill out, whatever U want, sure you will find it here.

This was a great beach, a long flat dog friendly beach, with doggie bags at the walkway onto the dog friendly end. Great for someone like me who forgets the bags!
Also a person only end which is patrolled in summer with a park and public toilets and electric barbecues overlooking the beach.
Think there is also a cafe/restaurant in the surf club.

Great little beach, pity when we there the bush fires in the region had created a smoke haze that limited the beauty of the place. Patrolled area/surf life savings flags for safe swimming.

Great place to walk the dog off leash. Just a shame it isn’t a hot summer and nice surf for a swim.

A beautiful beach running 3kms from the southern end and Surf Club to Middle Rock. It is patrolled on the southern end during summer school holidays by lifeguards and on weekends and public holidays by Wauchope Bonny Hills Surf Life Saving Club volunteers.
