Tim, Dana and their team do great work and are awesome to deal with. I've had three Euro mounts done and multiple deer processings. On pick up, everything is neatly organized and reviewed with me before leaving. The sausages and speciality meats came out really well. Fair pricing and prompt service. I won't go anywhere else.

Tim is AMAZING!! We’ve had a lot of deer processed and BY FAR this is the best we have ever had. They also did two Euro mounts for us and they are GORGEOUS!! Cannot find anyone or anywhere better for all your mounting or processing needs. The quality of work is outstanding. The customer service is over-the-top greatness! Will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend them to process your deer! We had 5 different sausages made from my doe this year. Everything was delicious! This is a picture of some homemade pizza with deer Italian sausage. ?

Great people to deal with. Got my order back to me very quickly. Packaged well. We got cubed steak, sausage, ground, jerky, and sirloins. Everything came out great. They are the best around North Texas. Would highly recommend Joshua deer processing.

Nice people to deal with and the packaging of the meat is good, BUT I dropped off a 438 lb red stag and only got 56 lbs of ground and maybe another 50 lbs or so of steaks for $250. Kinda wondering where the other 50lbs of meat went. Probably won't be going back.
