Great pans, cook very well, especially searing a stake! Would highly recommend.

Super sturdy as well, great for in oven on stove etc.

Cleaning is quite easy, you do need to take care of them and follow the instructions though becomes a second nature!

I just got my knives, and they look unfinished, but I gathered that this was the rustic nature you were going for. However, when I used one to cut lemons, it started to rust after 3 minutes. I didn't think that I needed to baby them that much if they were so rustic. The finish also left black residue on the food (fruit, salmon, potatoes) I was cutting, even though I had was them several times.
Also, the steel platform that you put the magnets on started to rust where the magnets were. Must have got moisture underneath while in transit. Is there cleaning instructions that you need to supply with deliveries? This is most disappointing. Not sure that I want to show off my knives to friends now that these performances issues are arising within days of arriving. I tried to leave a query on the website but couldn't for Order KS41setD17. Is anyone else having these problems?

Still waiting nearly 2 years for a product that hasnt been delivered. The last one i ordered was 9 months plus and again failed to materialize, simply without warning they cancelled my order. Buyer beware.

I’ve been looking for years for the best pan out there and AUS-ION satin finish definitely hits the spot. Amazing durability, great flavour, and well non stick surface achieved by following the detailed and easy instructions. Took 1 day with 2h of work to put together the coating of the pan. Now is amazingly non stick with a nice and glossy unified surface. Cooks extremely well with heat being distributed perfectly even on the pan itself. Very durable and exquisite looking kitchen utensil!

Can’t comment how long it will last, will update the post in 6m to see how it deals with daily cooking!

Added after a week of usage: THE NON STICK is amazing, better than a teflon pan. I did a second set of oven seasoning after 3 days of use and that helped to make the surface even more glossy. I do have a few stains on the pan though that was my fault as I put too much oil on the first oven seasoning and these dripped from the pan onto my oven!
