100% Excellent workmanship and customer service. Follow up calls and checking in with us even after the job. Will be using Ben for other properties we manage. Nothing was a problem for Ben. Ben from Frost Refrigeration & Air responded quickly and efficiently to my request for a warranty assessment on a problem with my Gree split system Air con. Once he located the problem and determined it was under warranty he immediately contacted the manufacturer and ordered a replacement indoor head unit and insisted it be sent same day (Tuesday) so he could complete the job on Thursday.. all done!
Their workmanship is excellent and their commitment to service is outstanding. The trades men were well presented and courteous and left the site immacutely clean.
All muchly appreciated by me, the customer
