Bought the E-ride pro SS 2.0 in August for my son. What a dream machine. I'ts so good to see the old fashioned "customer service" is not dead everywhere. These people are so good to deal with, and they even return calls. Had a small problem and they were on to it and got it sorted straight away, great after sales service. I am giving 5 stars to the awesome staff especially Reece. So many complaints in store this morning as I stood in queue. Your prices are outrageous and something ypu really need to look at before a competitor takes your business. I was charged $264 being told it took two staff to remove a tyre to repair. I rang three businesses in Brisbane and went over my bill with them. They were shocked and advised I was well and truly overcharged for the work done. I'll always support small business but you have me questioning your business as of now. This is a review that really needs to be read and acknowledged. Please look after your sunny coasters.

It seems strange that a business with three people standing behind counters doing nothing can be too busy to undertake the repair of a flat tire without having to make an appointment for 10 days time.
When we purchased our bike from these guys a couple years ago customer service and assistance was great.
This was quite the opposite and I suspect that they are that busy now that small inconvenient repairs are not worth while.
It felt like a bad luck don’t care response to me which is a shame as I was looking to purchase a e-scooter in July for my wife’s birthday but will happily go elsewhere.

I have just bought my second bike from e-move and they are the most helpful guys I have ever met. They really know there stuff and the service as well. It’s always a joy to walk in there. I just bought a Ampd Ace Demon and omg this bike is truly amazing. I prefer to ride than drive these days thanks to e-move.
Dropped in the other day and they showed me my new transport. An Emove Roadrunner. Easy fits in your car. Just take the huge battery out and it is light. Next time the surfs up at Noosa I can park at the Junction and ride down the hill. No more parking problems. Love shopping with these guys
Update
I bought a second hand bike of marketplace and it needed a new battery. No problem till I found out it was $1000 as it was American. The mechanic remember a battery repacker and fixed it for less than half. Thankyou for trying so hard.
