My sister and I purchased a couple of HP laptops recently from Ed's PCs. Dan and the team were so supportive helping us work through what was required to meet our needs. Stores okay. Staff are good and very helpful. But Jesus it's expensive compared to anything online or even competing bricks and mortar. Would love to support the Redlands locals but I just can't afford to shop there when other businesses offer a similar product for much cheaper. In saying that if it doesn't bother you it's a good shop to go to. The guys are great.

Staff are professional and respectful. The staff member I dealt with Jordan, spoke to me in a language I could understand as I am nearly 80. He took his time to do the job and kept me informed both with the job sheet and the new updates. I would recommend this company and would keep it as my go to get fixed computer shop.
