I went to shop at 7:00pm tonight. We had a trolley half full. I headed to the checkout to put through items. The only checkout was closing and we moved to self checkout. I asked the ‘manager’ why and he said and I quote ‘we have no staff’ . I was quite taken by surprise as the store was full of staff unpacking stock. This isn’t the first time I have been told this. It’s really bad customer service . Close the store if you have no staff !! So typical of reasoning of youngsters today . Woolworths you should be ashamed

They don't care about the Elderly or disabled. They put you threw the Express lane in the morning. With being disabled having to Twist and bend more makes shopping there so uncomfortable the rest of our shopping painful and I don't look forward to shopping day. We have shoped there for 30 years and I have never seen it this bad. When talking to the Staff about it they tell you Bluntly that it is faster. We talked to the manager the next week and she told us that It was so she could get her jobs done. How is she getting her jobs done when she is serving at the Express lane. I think it's easy at aldi. Others have talked about it when waiting in line. They only need to open one lane in the morning. Elderly and disabled people will try to get there shopping done in morning. We aren't as young as we were. Please understand.

Three Stars - Clean store, usually well stocked but dont expect the refilling to be done by the next day

Staff can be non existent when you need help. The Bakery can be hit and miss as well, sometimes not even operating. The bored young staff member I witnessed one AM throwing (yes throwing) the hot chickens out for sale was an example of the customer service you can expect.

Can you please tell all staff, including the young males to stop using the parenting public toilet. I have a 4yr old female daughter that I wasn't able to escort into the parent due to a smart mouth young male that used the parents bathroom.

He may not of seen it as an issue, but a a father with a young daughter. Due to your young male staff using a toilet that was an issue for my 4yr old she got locked in the females.

Had to ask as lady to assist. Being a father and not being allowed I'd hope that you and your staff can appreciate the issue here.

Tell your staff to use the internal facilities provided.

Please don't use the parents room,

It’s a Shopping Centre, thats all. Not designed for introverts! The variety of shops make this an often frequented location. Parking is good with easy access from both sides of the complex.

Went to buy one product this afternoon, lady at checkout watched me purchase my singular item and after paying pressed no receipt then went to leave store. Lady at doors rudely asked to check my bags after watching me buy my item told her i did not have a receipt and then proceeded to make me show her my bank statement. This was extremely inappropriate and as a young girl felt extremely uncomfortable staff should not be allowed to ask for this and if receipts are being required at checkup No receipts should not be an option.
