We recently placed an order for delivery boxes and shopping bags with Abbe, and our contact was Carlos Cordova.

Our company lacks expertise in design and packaging,
but Carlos provided invaluable advice and explained everything in an easy and precise manner.

Abbe has an a lot of excellent references, and the ones Carlos showed us were incredibly helpful.‍♀️

When we encountered difficulties understanding the design files during the process of sending our artwork to Abbe, their designer also assisted us, making the process smooth and efficient.?

The best part was the communication, mainly via email, which was very quick. Thanks to this prompt communication, we were able to place orders for both products in no time.

If only everyone could be as professional and kind as Carlos, haha!?

As a small business owner, I understand that even when 99.99% of customers receive a very high level of service and everything goes precisely as planned, that final .01% seems to be directed at one unlucky customer, where everything that could possibly go wrong does go wrong to that one customer! As a business owner, it is a horrible feeling that this one customer has not received the usual high level of service that every other customer has received. In full transparency, this was my initial experience with Austcor for my first order... Everything that could go wrong, seemed to go wrong - and it was very frustrating! However, the Austcor team went over and above to hear my grievances, taking full ownership and restoring my faith that my initial experience was not the norm. The owner of the business personally called me on numerous occasions and generously offered a solution to rectify the situation and appease me. A special mention to Anthony Viola, who remained highly professional and polite throughout the process (especially dealing with an initially grumpy customer!). The new boxes that Austcor produced for us are perfect, and I am absolutely of the belief that my initial experience was purely a case of .01% bad luck! My faith in the Austcor team has been restored and I will re-order from them once I have gone through this batch of beautiful boxes. If you get product made regularly and just email order through they are excellent and quick. I told sales team years ago to not call me or communicate in any way as they were useless. Would have been 5 stars if sales team were any good
