If I could leave -5 stars I would. Older man on forklift has absolutely appalling people skills and shouldn't be allowed to leave back rooms. After yelling and swearing toward a younger female, who was obviously confused with parking allocation, he finished off his interaction with petty passive aggressive comments. Disgraceful and certainly not someone I would want working for OR with me. Plain old nasty behaviour.

This company is first rate. Seriously exceptional customer service. Compared to the big jobs they do my sails were like a couple of handkerchiefs, but they treated the job as if I'd ordered sails for the Opera House! Their attention to detail and constant communication was great. Double checking my very average DIY measurements and fixing requirements. Terrific company.
