We had somewhat of an idea of what we wanted however, definitely at times felt overwhelmed and chopped and changed our minds through out although, Shannyn was right there with us… nothing phased her, she kept up with my back and forth decisions and when we asked for advice, Shannyn was genuinely considerate and helpful. Our quote was ready for us at the end of our consultation & we left with lots of samples and felt completely at ease knowing we can contact her for any questions or changes when we need. Obviously their products are top class. But it’s their customer service that’s impeccable. The entire process from selecting the products, purchase and delivery was amazing. Every single interaction we had was friendly and helpful. And the little touches like the packing, QR code installation instructions on every box, delivery tracking, and 60 day returns, go above and beyond anything we expected. I've just had an online consultation with Caitlyn to start working through the vision board for my renovation and I am super impressed with the service! She took the time before the meeting to review my mood board and floor plan and came prepared with products and suggestions that matched my taste and offered lots of great ideas and tips. She even organised samples to be sent to me. I am at the start of the reno journey and a while from actually purchasing anything and have a lot to learn, but Caitlyn talked me through everything and wasn't pushy with selling. This is the kind of service that makes you want to go back and purchase when the time is right without feeling pressured! Thanks to ABI, and the very capable staff, my dream ensuite happened. I had wonderfull advise which began with my first contact and continued throughout the bathroom renovation process. We had a few delays in the area of plumbing and ABI halped us through and advised us of how to adjust our schdule of their product delivery.
I was also given some wonderful advise when purchasing my vanity and mirror. I was very reluctant when purchasing these, but through much discussion I was able to take the plunge, and we are extreemly happy with our choice.
We are extreemly happy with our choice of tap, shower, shower grate and drain cover, basin plug, faucet and tap, towel rails, toilet roll holder and hand towel holder. But especially with the bath tap, faucet and plug! All of it is so beautiful and made all of my dreams come true.
